| I understand that I must be a current member of YBAA to utilize the YBAA Florida Office and submit an annual YBAA Florida Office fee to YBAA in order to keep my license displayed. I must maintain my license and transaction files with the state of Florida and remain responsible to the state of Florida per the guidelines of my Florida Yacht Brokers license.
